$100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee required.

$300.00 damage security deposit required – fully refundable if no tenant damage is incurred during the rental period.

Daily cleaning service is optional and for an additional fee. Enquire at Plaza Bonita’s Manager’s Office, Alma Morales, on the ground floor below the condo. (Next to the office marked ‘Information’.)

Rental fees are to be paid in full 28 days prior to arrival. Payment is to be made by cashier’s check or money order, Visa or Mastercard. If fees are not paid when due, the subject rental agreement may, at Landlord’s option, be deemed canceled, null and void, and of no force or effect whatsoever, and Landlord shall be released from any obligation hereunder. Should Tenant(s) cancel this agreement more than 28 days before check-in, Tenant(s) fees will be refunded less a $50.00 cancellation fee. Should Tenant(s) cancel this agreement less than 28 days before check-in, Landlord shall be entitled to retain the entire amount of monies paid by Tenant(s) as consideration for this agreement and as liquidated damages. HOWEVER, should the Landlord re-rent said premises for all of the subject rental term or any part thereof, Tenant(s) shall be entitled to a refund of the monies paid, less the difference between the amount paid herein and the monies derived from such re-rental, if any. Landlord is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for the cancellation of the rental period by reason of the sale of the premises, fire or other casualty, holding over by a prior Tenant(s), or any other reason whatsoever.
