Situated in the heart of Cabo San Lucas right on the marina waterfront in the Plaza Bonita retail and condominium complex, Casa Luna del Cabo is a privately owned, newly redecorated two bedroom, two bathroom condominium with a million dollar view of the marina and its myriad luxury yachts and fishing boats.
The condo is fully furnished, air conditioned, with ceiling fans in the dining/living rooms and bedrooms, and with a well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, full range cooktop and oven, many appliances, utensils and cookware.
A washer/dryer is located in the utility room annexed to the kitchen. A beach umbrella and three coolers are available for beach visits or fishing expeditions.
Access to the condo is via the main staircase to the second floor and then a short flight of stairs to the third level. There is no elevator. The shared pool/spa/barbecue patio area is on the second level directly below the condo. (Barbecue cooking utensils are available in the living room cabinet.) There is free private parking for one vehicle in the residents’ parking area and additional parking in the Plaza Bonita parking complex for a fee.
The condo has a large dining and living room area with a balcony overlooking the marina waterfront affording spectacular views of the marina and its luxury yachts and fishing boats. The night view is breathtaking with lit up palm trees and twinkling lights from the boats and restaurants around the marina. The living room has two large sleeper/sofas which each convert to queen size beds. Satellite TV is in the living room.
The two bedrooms each have a queen size bed with en suite bathrooms comprising a full bath with overhead shower and toilet facilities, with a separate vanity unit. Non-slip bath mats are provided. A hair dryer is provided. Voltage is the same as the USA so shavers etc can be plugged directly into the outlets. Sheets and towels are provided.
Telephones are at the Plaza level. There is no telephone in the condo. Phone cards can be purchased at many nearby retail outlets. A cell phone is available for a fee from Alma Morales, Plaza Manager in the ground floor office. Cell phone rentals are also available at the Los Cabos International Airport main complex and around the cities. E-mail communication is easy in Cabo; Internet Cafes are profuse around the city. At the Plaza Bonita ground level, The Theory Café offers free wireless laptop usage with any purchase. Across the street at Plaza Aramburo, is a well-stocked grocery store and in the same complex an Internet store offers PC usage with printing capabilities as well as international Internet calling.
Services and activities on site and nearby include: Banking, American Express office, Mail Boxes etc., Shopping, restaurants, Internet Cafés, fishing, boating and sailing, golf, sightseeing, beaches, swimming, parasailing, jet-skiing, snorkeling and diving, gymnasium, movie theatre, bowling, Puerto Paraiso Mall, and many bars and dance venues such as the famous Cabo Wabo, Giggling Marlin, and El Squid Roe.
